KAGALITE Japanese Kaka original slag remover
ISHIKAWA Japan Ishikawa original slag remover
Famous products, trustworthy
It is used to remove the slag on the surface of the cast metal liquid, ensure that the metal liquid does not contain impurities, prevent oxidation, and can also be used as a thermal insulation material.
characteristic:
1. The expansion ratio is large, the amount of addition is small, and it can automatically and evenly spread on the metal liquid surface;
2. The porous mineral structure makes the slag accumulation ability strong, and can bind the slag and foreign materials for efficient removal;
3. The melt can be cohesive to form a whole film, covering the surface of the metal liquid to prevent oxidation and play a role in heat preservation. It is easier to pick off the liquid surface;
4. Light specific gravity, only a small amount of spreading is required, easy to operate, no soot dust;
5. Non-stick ladle or furnace lining, extend the life of refractories.
Instructions:
1. Use a spoon, shovel, etc. to take an appropriate amount of deslagging agent and spread it on the metal surface. When it thermally expands, it rapidly forms a film on the liquid surface and adheres the slag to form an expanded body. Then use the appropriate rod-shaped tool to pick out the expansion body to ensure a clean casting liquid.
2. Considering the heat preservation function, some factories do not pick out the expansion body before the last slag removal before the molten metal is poured or before the molten iron is discharged from the electric furnace.
3. The added amount is 0.1 ~ 0.2% of the weight of the molten metal.
